PGAMS EDUCATION  TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

  • ""EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM" refers to PGAMS EDUCATION.
  • "Student/Client" refers to the individual or organisation booking a course.
  • "Course" refers to any training programme, workshop, or certification offered.
  • "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Enrolment

  • A course booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.
  • Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Full payment (or agreed deposit) must be made before the course start date.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid within the stated timeframe (e.g., 14–30 days).
  • Fees are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Refund structure :
    • You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, 

      • If you cancel after the 14-day period, no refund will be issued.
      • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

5. Rescheduling & Transfers

  • Course transfers may be allowed subject to availability.
  • An administration fee may apply for rescheduling.

6. Attendance & Conduct

  • Students must attend on the scheduled dates and times.
